When our hearts touched as it did
It was dreams finding their rightful place in reality
Standing for themselves they made a sign
To be woken up from slumber so deep
Welled up emotions that were dormant for so long
Yearning to be awakened – to live free!
Two thoughts in two bodies
Till they met
Asking each other the same questions
Hoping for something exciting to happen
In time romance blossomed to wonderful love
When there was just one thought in one body
The togetherness palpable
The future bright and yellow and green
She would let me into the very depths
Into her wild heart where I belong
Into the myriad tunnels where she stores
My steadfast crazy love for evermore
